I am a proud Nonna to our darling baby Nate, my first grandchild. I created this blog to share my journey with him. You are welcome to visit me at my main blog here at WordPress called Dreams and Escapes.
I love photography and this would be a perfect opportunity to take all those shots. Memories after all are something to be cherished, right?

Who would you like to talk to soon? All my friends whom I haven’t seen and heard of for a long time now. We do get in touch occasionally but it is different when you are physically present. I’d like to talk to my dad and my brother too. I keep dreaming about them that […]
What personal belongings do you hold most dear? Right at this moment, my set of hearing aid, my tabs and my books. Perfect opportunity to just stay put and read.
Today is my second day of hearing adjustment and I am aĺlowed two straight hours to wear it. My goodness, how I’ve missed listening to songs on YouTube, watching short videos on Facebook and most especially attending mass online with clear Gospel readings, homilies and every part of the mass as clear as before. There […]
Three days is like a long time without blogging nor visiting WordPress. Last Monday, I had an appointment with Manila Hearing Aid Center, done more audiometry tests and had my ear mold measured. This afternoon I went back to get the set of hearing aid I ordered. There are so many instructions that I have […]
I am not after how many followers I have. It’s okay for me not to have those followers that when you click their sites, your name appears. Nowadays, I always check the sites of new followers and remove those unwanted ones. Since those previous incidences that happened, one stealing my content and two having their […]
Awwwww, he is so sweet!

I haven’t updated the site yet. So many things to share but sometimes, I don’t know where to start. I showed him his pictures when they came here a week ago and he shouted “Nathan, Nathan”.
Thanks again! It’s a cold morning here. Be blessed always!

Dear Arlene,
I look forward to joining you on your journey of watching your little one discover the wonders this creation has to offer while learning and growing. You are very generous to share his precious journey. I’ve never had children so I find that adore children especially when I know they are loved and adored by the ones God has entrusted them too! My heart and soul soars when I know a child is wanted and loved by those who eagerly welcomed him or her into this world. My former work revealed the darker side of parenting necessitating me to help the broken children who were never wanted. Hence, seeing such love for a child warms my spirit so thank you so very much!

Thank you so much Tina! I wonder why there are people who are irresponsible (is that the right word?) when it comes to kids. They are treasured gifts and we are blessed that we are loved too unconditionally. I love to be able to leave something for him to read when he learns his alphabet.

I agree, Children are gifts on loan to us from our Father and when we ignore or disregard their needs as unimportant then we shall be held accountable. Leaving your thoughts and love for your grandson is a wonderful idea, which he will treasure some day!
